Returns and warranty

Your rights under Australian law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty

Products are covered for 12 months from delivery against faults in materials and workmanship. If a product fails, email sales@redgumautomation.au with your order number, the order code and a short description of the fault. We'll arrange a replacement, repair or refund.

The warranty doesn't cover damage from incorrect wiring, over-voltage, physical damage or use outside the manufacturer's specifications.

Change of mind

You can return an unused item in its unopened, original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Email us first for a return number. We refund the item price once it's back and checked; return shipping is at your cost. Items ordered in specially for you can't be returned for change of mind.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days of approval.
