Dispatch
- In stock items ship the next business day.
- Ordered in items show their lead time on the product page. We confirm the dispatch date by email after your order.
Every order ships with tracking, and we email the tracking link when it leaves.
Damaged or missing items
Check the parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, email sales@redgumautomation.au within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out.
