Terms of sale
These terms apply to orders placed on redgumautomation.au.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place the order. We send a tax invoice for every order.
Orders
An order is accepted when we dispatch it. If we can't supply an item (for example, a price error or the manufacturer can't deliver), we'll tell you and refund that item in full.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. See Shipping. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and warranty
See Returns and warranty. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Siemens, SIMATIC and product names are trademarks of Siemens AG. Redgum Automation is an independent supplier and is not an authorised Siemens partner unless stated.
